Privacy Policy.

Last updated August 13, 2026. Plain-language summary: we only use what you give us to do the thing you asked for, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it any time.

Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site:

  • The Launch Checklist signup: your email address.
  • Connect / contact forms: your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message field.
  • Event seat reservations: your name and email address.

We don’t use tracking cookies, third-party advertising pixels, or analytics scripts on this site as of the date above. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

How we use it

Strictly to do the thing the form said we’d do:

  • Send you the Launch Checklist and, if you’ve agreed, future updates from us.
  • Reply to a message or inquiry you sent us.
  • Hold your seat for an event and send you the details.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing. See the email consent section of our Terms for exactly what agreeing to a form authorizes.

Who processes it on our behalf

We use a small number of third-party service providers to actually run these forms, each only sees the data needed to do its one job, and none are permitted to use it for their own purposes:

  • An email automation platform (currently Kit) to deliver the Launch Checklist and manage that mailing list.
  • A transactional email service (currently Resend) to route contact-form messages to us.
  • A database provider (currently Airtable) to store event seat reservations.
  • Vercel, our hosting provider, which serves the site itself.

Your rights under Texas law

Under the TDPSA, you have the right to confirm whether we’re processing your information, access it, correct it, delete it, and get a copy of it. We honor these requests for anyone who asks, regardless of whether our current size meets the law’s applicability thresholds. To exercise any of these, email us at contact@runwaymediaco.com. We don’t sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, so there’s nothing to opt out of on that front today.

How long we keep it

Contact-form messages and event RSVPs are kept as long as reasonably useful for that purpose, then deleted. Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for people 17 and older and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
